Introduction
The goals of the data story include:
- Use data to increase our understanding of what strategies we need to focus on to improve outcomes;
- Understand the issues we will need to focus on to create an integrated data system at the individual level, including data gaps, confidentiality issues, and technical issues;
- Understand factors affecting attendance at three grade levels and use data story to inform work on attendance.
Beginning in the 2011‐2012 school year, the Sanchez Complex will be considered one school. For the purposes of this story, we have added together student data from PAIS and Cooley in most places.
