Short Definition: % Free Lunch Students Chronically Absent (10% or More of a Minimum 30 Days Enrolled)
Long Definition:
% of students qualifying for free lunch who were enrolled at least 30 days of the school year and were absent 10% or more of the days they were enrolled. Lunch qualification is determined by multiplying the Federal income poverty guidelines by 1.3 and rounding upward to the next whole dollar.
