Long Definition:
% students in the school determined to be "at risk" based on having 3 or more of 6 potential risk factors: tract-level 3 or more maternal health risks, ever retained in in grade school years Fall 04- Spring 08, percent ever free or reduced lunch Fall 04-Spring 08, percent absent 20% or more of the school year 2007-2008, percent ever 3 or more school enrollments in one school year Fall 04 - Spring 08, percent ever enolled in low anger management school Fall 04-Spring 08. Students may be counted in multiple schools if they attend multiple schools during the 2008-2009 school year.
