Rate of both in-school suspensions (full day or longer) and out-of-school suspensions per 100 students. Includes suspensions for disaffection-related incidents (attendance-cut or skipped class, attendance-cut or skipped detention, attendance-left school grounds, attendance-tardy, attendance-truant, disorderly conduct, insubordination or disrespect, fire regulation violation, communication or electronic devices, gang activity, alcohol, controlled substances-possession or under the influence, tobacco-possession or use, vandalism).
